The Golden One — Deliverance

Six years after completing what should have been his final mission, Jason Mendez wakes on Greenland’s Humboldt Glacier. To him, only days have passed. But the ice is melting faster than ever, and Mother Nature needs the Golden One for one more mission.

She asks Jason to restore the Byeonsin and build a new Ohana as the world grows hotter at an ever-increasing pace. However, his friends have grown up and built lives without him; they no longer remember their friendship or the missions that once bound them. As Jason tries to reconnect with them, he must decide how to return their powers without repeating the mistakes that once corrupted the old Ohana.

Will Jason and his friends’ extraordinary powers be enough to save the planet?

The Golden One – Deliverance is an environmental fantasy novel about humanity at its best: friendship, compassion, and the courage to act together.

Advance copies will be available at the Christmas Book Fair at Kronhuset, Gothenburg, on 16 December 2026. Official release: January 2027.

Reading order: Blooming → Deceit → Reckoning | Deliverance. The original trilogy is complete; Deliverance continues Jason’s story.
